Vendors 

Vendors are welcome to attend.  Whether you have food vans, clothing or products, simply complete the form attached and email through to [email protected]
  • ALL forms must be received by Friday 27 February 2026 so the spaces can be allocated and confirmed
  • All food vendors MUST complete the Space Application Form (attached below) as well as confirming their Council (Local Government) Street Traders application is completed as well.  NO Applications will be accepted without a Street Trader number.  
  • ALL vendors must have a generator as the Showgrounds is currently undertaking power upgrades.
  • NO prohibited items including knifes, guns, ammunition, fireworks etc. to be sold or you will be escorted from grounds
  • Camping facilities are available on the Showgrounds, but vans must be parked in the camping area, NOT behind the Trade Space - these sites are not powered
  • All power leads in use must have a current test and tag in place
  • All gas bottles in use must have their inspection tag in place
