How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online prior to the event. As we are now required to collect the details of all attendees, pre-purchasing your tickets will be the easiest and quickest way to get into the event. Tickets may be available on the night, but this will depend on availability and capacity numbers, so it is recommended to pre-purchase to ensure entry can be guaranteed.
You will not need to setup an account to purchase tickets, however there is an option to do so in order to manage purchased tickets if you wish to do so.
How will I access my tickets?
A copy of your tickets will be sent to the email address you use when completing your purchase. You will be able to print these out, or have them available on your phone for scanning at the gate. You can also access tickets via your account if you set one up during the purchase process.
All tickets have individual barcodes and will be scanned at the gate, so please ensure you have all individual tickets along with ID when you are entering at the gate.
Why do you require ID if I have already purchased a ticket?
ID will be required to cross reference our attendees with the registered list to ensure we have accurate contact details for all attendees as part of our covid-safe compliance processes.
What seating is available?
We have limited seating available in stands around the arena. This is available on a first come basis, so it is recommended that you bring your own chairs to ensure you have somewhere to sit for the evening.
Is BYO allowed?
We have a range of food and coffee vendors on site that provide options for you to enjoy at the event, along with a fully operational bar. If you wish to bring food, this is allowed, however you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol.
Are there any activities for the kids?
As well as enjoying the bull and horse events in the arena, the kids can enjoy the sideshow alley and numerous stallholders.
Are refunds available for pre-purchased tickets?
Refunds will be issued if the event has to be cancelled. However, if you are unable to attend, no refunds will be issued.
